  • Mbeu za Methi (fenugreek) - 2tsp
  • Tsabola wofiira wouma 10-12
  • Masamba owuma a curry- 20
  • Hing (asafoetida) - 3/4 tsp
  • Mafuta a turmeric- 1/2 tsp

1. Tenthetsani poto ndikuwotcha njere za coriander kwa mphindi ziwiri. Kenaka tumizani ku mbale.

2. Mu poto womwewo, tengani mbewu za mpiru, njere za jeera, njere za methi, tsabola wofiira wouma ndi chowotcha chouma kwa mphindi 2-3.

3. Mukamaliza, zimitsani lawi ndipo lolani zosakaniza zonse kuziziritsa.

4. Tsopano pukusani zosakaniza zouma zonse pamodzi ndi masamba owuma a curry, hing ndi turmeric powder mu chopukusira kukhala ufa wabwino.

5. Sungani sambar masala mumtsuko wopanda mpweya.

1. Tenthetsani poto ndikuwotcha chana mpaka wasintha golide. Mukamaliza, sungani ku mbale.

2. M'chiwaya chomwecho, chowotcha chowuma chouma mpaka icho chikasanduka chofiirira golide. Mukamaliza, sungani ku mbale.

3. Thirani mafuta poto ndikuwonjezera nthanga za mpiru, masamba a hing ndi curry. Lolani kuti iphulike.

4. Onjezerani tsabola wofiira wouma ndipo sanute kwa mphindi 3-4.

5. Kenako onjezani kokonati wouma ndi mwachangu kwa mphindi zochepa.

6. Onjezerani urad dal ndi chana dal mmenemo ndikusakaniza bwino.

7. Tsopano onjezerani zamkati mwa mchere, jaggery ndi tamarind. Sakanizani bwino ndi kuzimitsa lawi.

8. Zosakanizazo zitazizira, pewani ufa wabwino mu chosakanizira.
