Ndondomeko
1. Thirani mafuta 2 tbsp mu poto wakuya. Ikatentha kwambiri, ikonzeni ndi shah jeera ndi zonunkhira zonse monga sinamoni, cardamom, peppercorns, anise nyenyezi ndi javitri.

8. Onjezerani mchere ndi zonunkhira zonse monga red chilli, coriander ndi garam masala powder. Kuphika kwa mphindi 2-3 zina.
9. Tsopano tsanulirani kokonati wapansi ndi phala la anyezi mu poto. Sakanizani bwino ndikuphika simmer mpaka mafuta ayamba kuyandama pamwamba pa nyemba.
10. Onjezani makapu awiri otsekera madzi ndikuphika pamoto wochepa kwa mphindi 7-10.
