Ndondomeko

1. Wotani nyemba za coriander, njere za chitowe, kokonati ndi adyo pamodzi mu chosakanizira mu phala lokhala ndi madzi pang'ono.

2. Tsukani nkhukuzo bwinobwino ndikutema. Sungani pambali.

3. Thirani mafuta mu poto ndikuwonjezera anyezi. Mwachangu mpaka atayatsa golide wagolide pamoto wapakati.

4. Kenako onjezani phala la ginger-adyo, turmeric ufa, ufa wofiira wa chilli komanso mwachangu kwa mphindi 3-4.

5. Onjezerani tomato, phala lokonzekera, garam masala ufa, yogurt, mchere ndikusakaniza bwino. Kuphika kwa mphindi 5-6.

6. Tsopano onjezerani nkhukuzo ndikusakaniza bwino.

7. Thirani m'madzi ndikusakaniza bwino.

8. Phimbani ndi kuphika kwa mphindi 20 pamoto wochepa.

9. Mukamaliza, chotsani chivindikirocho ndi kukongoletsa ndi masamba odulidwa a coriander.
