Ndondomeko
- Thirani mafuta poto. Saute masamba ndi mchere kwa mphindi 2-3 pamoto wapakati.

- Tengani mbale yayikulu ndikuwonjezera yogurt, mayonesi, tsabola ndi mchere. Menyani moyenera kwa mphindi.
- Tsopano onjezerani zopangira za soya ndi masamba osungidwapo. Sakanizani bwino ndi supuni kuti muvale zovala mofanana.
- Kongoletsani ndi ma chilli flakes.
