1. Marinate nsombazo ndi madzi a mandimu, phala la adyo ndi mchere.

2. Kutenthetsani poto ndi nyemba za mpiru, nyemba za anyezi, fenugreek ndi fennel. Lolani kuti liziziziritsa kenako limuphwanye kukhala ufa mu blender.
