5. Onjezani nkhuku yophika pamphika ndikuwaza chaat masala pa iyo. Muziganiza ndi kuphika kwa mphindi 3-4 pa moto wochepa.
6. Kenako chotsani poto pamoto ndi kuziziritsa.
7. Pakadali pano pangani mipira (pafupifupi diametre inchi iliyonse) kuchokera ku mtanda. Pangani kukhumudwa mu mipira iliyonse.
