Ndondomeko
1. Thirani mafuta mu poto wakuya pansi ndikuthira ndi adyo ndi tsabola wobiriwira. Lolani mafuta akhale otentha pang'ono apo ayi atentha adyo ndikuwononga kununkhira kwake.
2. Onjezerani anyezi kwa iwo ndikuphika mpaka atasintha bulauni.
3. Kenako onjezerani tomato, perekani mchere ndikuphika pamoto waukulu mpaka tomato asungunuke.
4. Onjezerani prawns poto ndikuthira ndi turmeric, red chilli ndi coriander powder. Lolani liphike ndi zonunkhira kwa mphindi 5 pamoto wochepa.
5. Tsopano onjezerani mpunga ndi kuwaza masamba odulidwa a mapira kuchokera pamwamba. Sakanizani bwino ndikuphika kwa mphindi 2-3 pamalawi apakati.
6. Thirani mkaka wa kokonati pa theka la mpunga wophika ndikuphika kwa mphindi ziwiri pamoto wochepa. Pitirizani kuyambitsa kuti mkaka wa kokonati usakanike mofanana.
7. Pomaliza onjezerani pang'ono ghee, garam masala ndi makapu awiri amadzi. Phimbani ndi chivindikiro ndikuphika pamoto wochepa kwa mphindi 10.
8. Pitilizani kusonkhezera kolambi bhat kuti iziphika mofanana osapanga zotupa.
