Ndondomeko
- Thirani mafuta 2 tbsp mu skillet. Onjezani mbewu za mpiru ndikusakaniza. Mbeu zikayamba kutuluka, onjezerani anyezi odulidwa ndikusunthira pamoto wapakati kwa mphindi 1-2.
- Peel ndi mince nyemba zosankhwima. Tsopano onjezerani poto ndikuphika kwa mphindi.
- Onjezani kabichi yodulidwa, kaloti wa grated ndikuwaza mchere. Sakanizani bwino ndikuphika pamoto wochepa kwa mphindi 2-4 (mpaka masamba azikhala ofewa).
- Fukani chitowe, ufa wofiira ndi masamba a coriander. Sakanizani ndikuphika kwa mphindi. Pambuyo pake, ikani poto pamoto.
- Tsopano tsitsani batter mu mbale yakuya pansi. Whisk kuti ikhale yosalala (onjezerani madzi pang'ono ngati angafunike). Osachipangitsa kukhala chofewa kwambiri apo ayi kuumba paddu kumakhala kovuta. Kumenya kwambiri ndikofunikira kupanga paddu.
