- Chotsani nkhanu ndi kusunga madzi kuti muwagwiritse ntchito mtsogolo.
- Thirani mafuta poto, onjezani chitowe, ma cardamom, ma clove, sinamoni, masamba a bay ndi mwachangu kwa mphindi.
- Onjezerani phala la anyezi ndi mwachangu kwa mphindi 4-5 pa kutentha kwapakati.
