  • Paneer- 250 gms (kudula cubes)
  • Chimanga - 3tbsp
  • Ginger-adyo phala- 1tbsp
  • Phalaphala wobiriwira wobiriwira- 1tsp
  • Anyezi- 1 (omasulira)
  • Capsicum- 2 (omasulira)
  • Masika anyezi- 1 gulu (lodulidwa)
  • Ndine msondodzi- 2tbsp
  • Msuzi wa phwetekere - 2tbsp

  • Mchere- malinga ndi kukoma

  1. Mu mbale yikani supuni iwiri ya ufa wa chimanga, phala la ginger-adyo, phala wobiriwira, mchere ndi theka chikho cha madzi. Pangani batter wandiweyani.
  2. Valani zida zazitali ndi chomenyera ichi.
  3. Thirani supuni imodzi yamafuta mu poto yopanda ndodo ndipo perekani ma cubes apaer kwa mphindi pafupifupi 3-4 mbali iliyonse pamalawi apakati. Onetsetsani kuti mbali zonse zimakhala zofiirira.
  4. Tumizani ma cubes pazitsulo ndikuziyika pambali.
  5. Thirani supuni imodzi yamafuta poto ndikuwonjezera anyezi. Mwachangu mpaka asanduke golide wagolide.
  6. Onjezani adyo wodulidwa, capsicum, anyezi a kasupe ndi mchere. Kuphika pamoto wamkati kwa mphindi 3-4.
  7. Tsopano onjezerani msuzi wa soya ndi msuzi wa phwetekere. Kuphika kwa mphindi ziwiri zina.
  8. Sakani supuni imodzi ya chimanga mu theka la chikho cha madzi ndikutsanulira izi mu poto.
  9. Pamene chisakanizocho chikuyamba kukulira, onjezerani ma cubes owotcha.
  10. Sakanizani pang'ono ndikuonetsetsa kuti paneeryo sikuswa.
