Kukonzekera kwa Aralu Sandige:
1. Kutsuka, lowani Aralu ndikutsanulira madzi onse owonjezera powafinya mu nsalu yoyera.
2. Pukutani mwamphamvu Green Chilies, Ash Gourd ndi anyezi.
3. Mu chotengera, onjezerani aralu yonyowa pokonza, miyala ya tapioca (yolumikizira), osakaniza ndi nthaka, mchere, jeera ndi asafoetida. Bweretsani chisakanizo kuti chithupsa.
