  • Chofiira chofiira ufa- 1tsp
  • Mchere- malinga ndi kukoma
  • Yoyama yogurt- 3tbsp
  • Garam masala ufa- 1tsp
  • Anyezi- 3 (odulidwa)
  • Ginger-adyo phala- 2tbsp
  • Ma cardamom obiriwira- 4
  • Ndodo ya sinamoni- 1
  • Zovala- 5
  • Tsamba la Bay- 1
  • Shuga- 1tsp
  • Maamondi - 1/2 chikho (choviikidwa usiku wonse ndi kusungunuka)
  • Mkaka- 1/2 chikho
  • Mafuta a turmeric- uzitsine
  • Nutmeg ufa- uzitsine
  • Ghee / mafuta- 3tbsp
  • Masamba a Coriander - 2tbsp (odulidwa zokongoletsa)
  • Maamondi odulidwa- kuti azikongoletsa

Ndondomeko

1. Tsukani nkhuku bwinobwino ndi madzi kenako ndikupukutani ndi chopukutira m'khitchini.

2. Dulani maamondi amkaka ndi mkaka mu chosakanizira.

3. Marikani zidutswa za nkhuku ndi yogurt, ufa wofiira wofiira, mchere, turmeric ufa, mandimu ndi mchere. Refrigerate ndikusunga kwa maola 5-6.

4. Pambuyo pake, thirani mafuta / ghee mu poto ndikuwonjezera bay tsamba, sinamoni, ma cardamoms, ma clove. Mwachangu kwa mphindi.

9. Pambuyo pake onjezerani marinade, phala la amondi, mchere, ufa wa nutmeg, garam masala ufa ndikuphika kwa mphindi zisanu.

10. Tsopano onjezerani poto ndi kusakaniza bwino.

11. Phimbani poto ndikuphika nkhuku pamoto wochepa kwa mphindi 15-20 pamoto wochepa.

12. Nkhuku ikaphikidwa, zitsani lawi.

13. Kongoletsani nkhuku ndi amondi odulidwa ndi masamba a coriander.
