  • Safironi - & frac12 tsp

Ndondomeko

  1. Yambani posamba ndi kuwira mpunga. Mukamaliza, khalani pambali. (onjezerani mchere, bay leaf, black cardamom, cloves ndi peppercorns) Lolani kuti liphike pamoto wochepa. Onetsetsani kwa mphindi 15 pamene mukuphika.
  2. Tsopano phatikizani curd, mchere, ufa wofiira wa chilli, ufa wa turmeric ndi madzi a mandimu m'mbale.
  3. Ku mbale iyi onjezerani zidutswa za paneer ndikuyambitsa bwino. Sungani pambali.
  4. Tsopano sakanizani safironi mumkaka ndikuuyika pambali.
  5. Fufuzani mpunga kuti muwone ngati wophika ndikutsitsa madzi.
  6. Poto onjezerani ghee ndipo mukatentha onjezani tsabola wobiriwira ndi phala la adyo wa ginger. Sakanizani bwino.
  7. Saute kwa masekondi pang'ono ndikuwonjezera zidutswa za paneer.
  8. Lolani zosakaniza kuti ziphike mpaka mutaziwona zitasintha.
  9. Tsopano poto waukulu, tengani mpunga wophika komanso onjezani pane yophika poto. Onjezani nandolo yophika, garam masala ufa, cardamom ufa, safironi ndi mkaka, masamba a coriander, masamba a timbewu tonunkhira ndi ghee pang'ono.
  10. Mukamaliza gawo lililonse, tsekani poto ndi chivindikiro cholimba ndikusiya kuphika kwa mphindi pafupifupi 10 pamalawi akulu.
