  • Mchere- malinga ndi kukoma
  • Mafuta a turmeric- 1tsp
  • Tsabola wofiira wofiira- & frac12 tsp
  • Chitowe ufa- 1tsp
  • Coriander ufa- 2tsp
  • Garam masala ufa- 1tsp
  • Madzi- & frac12 chikho
  • Mafuta- 1tbsp

Za Paratha

  • Tirigu ufa - makapu awiri
  • Mchere- malinga ndi kukoma
  • Madzi ofunda- 1 chikho
  • Mafuta- 3tbsp

Ndondomeko

  1. Sambani keema moyenera ndi madzi. Marinate ndi yogurt, turmeric powder, red chilli ufa ndi mchere. Khalani pambali kwa theka la ola.
  2. Pakatha theka la ola, thirani mafuta mu poto ndikuwonjezera anyezi. Mwachangu kwa mphindi 4-5 pamalawi apakati.
  3. Onjezani phala la adyo-ginger, tsabola wobiriwira, chitowe ufa, coriander ufa, mchere ndikuphika kwa mphindi pafupifupi 5.
  4. Tsopano onjezerani keema wosungunuka ndikuphika kwa mphindi 10, ndikuyambitsa mosalekeza.
  5. Onjezani garam masala ufa, madzi, kuphimba ndikuphika kwa mphindi pafupifupi 20 pamoto wochepa. Pitirizani kuyendetsa pafupipafupi.
  6. Onetsetsani kuti mulibe chinyezi mukamadzaza mukatha kuphika kwathunthu.
  7. Keema ikaphika, chotsani lawi ndi kuziziritsa.
  8. Konzani mtanda wofewa pang'ono posakaniza ufa wa tirigu, mchere ndi madzi limodzi mu mphika.
  9. Gawani mtanda mu magawo 4-5 ofanana. Pangani mipira yozungulira
  10. Tulutsani ma chapati ang'onoang'ono kuchokera kumpira
  11. Ikani supuni imodzi yazodzaza pakati.
  12. Sindikizani modekha malekezero onse a chapati ndi zala zanu.
  13. Pukutani mpira wokutidwawo ndi ufa wosalala ndikutulutsa chapati. Onetsetsani kuti choyika sichikutuluka
  14. Mwachangu chapati chodzaza ndi supuni imodzi yamafuta.
  15. Mbali zonse ziwiri zikakhala zofiirira golide, sinthanitsani paratha ndi mbale yothandiza
  16. Tsatirani njira zomwezi kuti mupange ma parathas ambiri.
