Ndondomeko
1. Tsukani mpunga ndi kutsuka bwinobwino m'madzi. Lowetsani mpunga ndikupaka m'madzi kwa maola 3-4.
2. Tsopano, tengani chophikira chopanikizira ndikuwonjezera ghee mmenemo. Ikani mpunga wothira ndikulowetsamo. Onjezani ufa wofiira wa chilli, ufa wa coriander, ufa wa turmeric, sambar masala, mchere ndi asafoetida mu ophika.
3. Kenako, onjezerani madzi otentha a tamarind mu ophika. Onjezerani makapu awiri amadzi ndikuti osakaniza aziphika kwa mphindi 10 mpaka mumve miluzi 3-4.
