• Chotsani ghee wochuluka pachinyama ndikusalira.

• Onjezerani mphonda wa botolo wowira womwewo, kuphika kwa mphindi zochepa ndikukhala pambali.

• Mu chotengera china, wiritsani mkaka ndi simmer mpaka utachepetsedwa mpaka mphambu zitatu.

• Tsopano onjezerani lauki yomwe yasungidwa ndikusakanikirana bwino.

• ¼ chikho nthangala za zitsamba zoyera

• ¼ chikho cha ufa wa kokonati

Mayendedwe

• Opsa pang'ono oats ndi ragi, uzizireni ndikupera bwino.

• Tengani masiku 15, tsambulani nyembazo ndikupanga phala mukatha kuwonjezera mkaka. Bwerezani izi.

• Dulani masiku otsalawo.

• Kuwotcha nyemba za nthangala za mtedza ndi nthangala za mphalapala.

• Kenaka ikani ghee mu poto ndikusungunuka, onjezerani ufa wa oats ndikuwotcha. Bwerezani chimodzimodzi ndi ufa wa ragi.

• Sakanizani ufa ndi kuwonjezera ghee wotsalawo.

• Onjezerani madeti osakaniza ndi ufa wosakaniza.
