Zosakaniza

  • Chana- makapu awiri (oviikidwa usiku umodzi)
  • Anyezi- 2 (odulidwa)
  • Tomato- 2 (odulidwa)
  • Tsabola wobiriwira- 3-4 (wodulidwa)
  • Ginger - 1 inchi (finely akanadulidwa)
  • Garlic - 7-8 nyemba (minced)
  • Mafuta a turmeric- 1tsp
  • Chofiira chofiira ufa- 2tsp
  • Coriander ufa- & frac12 tsp
  • Garam masala- 1tsp
  • Chana masala- 1tsp
  • Jeera ufa- 1tsp
  • Chitowe mbewu - 1tsp
  • Tsamba la Bay- 1
  • Mchere- malinga ndi kukoma
  • Mafuta - 2tbsp

Ndondomeko

  • Sambani chana chonyowa ndi kukakamizidwa kuphika kwakanthawi kwa malikhweru 4-5.
  • Pakadali pano, mafuta otentha poto wowotcha. Nyengo ndi bay bay ndi chitowe mbewu.
  • Saute akanadulidwa anyezi kwa mphindi 4 pamoto wamoto. Anyezi ayenera kukhala wofiirira.
  • Onjezani tsabola wobiriwira, ginger, adyo, tomato, mchere ndi turmeric ufa. Sakanizani bwino ndikuphika kwa mphindi zitatu pa lawi lamoto.
  • Fukani ufa wofiira wa chilli, garam masala, ufa wa jeera, chana masala, ufa wa coriander ndikusakaniza bwino.
  • Onjezani chana wophika ndi madzi pang'ono. Bweretsani kuwira. Msuziwo utakula ndi madzi asanduka nthunzi kwathunthu, chotsani poto pamotowo.

Chana masala wouma wakonzeka kudya. Kongoletsani ndi masamba odulidwa a coriander ndikutentha ngati mbale yapa parathas kapena rotis.
