- Ginger - 1 inchi (finely akanadulidwa)
- Garlic - 7-8 nyemba (minced)
- Mafuta a turmeric- 1tsp
- Chofiira chofiira ufa- 2tsp
- Coriander ufa- & frac12 tsp
- Garam masala- 1tsp
- Chana masala- 1tsp
- Jeera ufa- 1tsp
- Chitowe mbewu - 1tsp

- Mchere- malinga ndi kukoma
- Mafuta - 2tbsp
Ndondomeko
- Sambani chana chonyowa ndi kukakamizidwa kuphika kwakanthawi kwa malikhweru 4-5.
- Pakadali pano, mafuta otentha poto wowotcha. Nyengo ndi bay bay ndi chitowe mbewu.
- Saute akanadulidwa anyezi kwa mphindi 4 pamoto wamoto. Anyezi ayenera kukhala wofiirira.
- Onjezani tsabola wobiriwira, ginger, adyo, tomato, mchere ndi turmeric ufa. Sakanizani bwino ndikuphika kwa mphindi zitatu pa lawi lamoto.
- Fukani ufa wofiira wa chilli, garam masala, ufa wa jeera, chana masala, ufa wa coriander ndikusakaniza bwino.
- Onjezani chana wophika ndi madzi pang'ono. Bweretsani kuwira. Msuziwo utakula ndi madzi asanduka nthunzi kwathunthu, chotsani poto pamotowo.
Chana masala wouma wakonzeka kudya. Kongoletsani ndi masamba odulidwa a coriander ndikutentha ngati mbale yapa parathas kapena rotis.
