  • Tomato- 2-3 (odulidwa)
  • Ginger- & frac12 inchi
  • Garlic- nyemba 4-5
  • Tsabola wobiriwira - 3-4
  • Chofiira chofiira ufa- 1tsp
  • Mafuta a turmeric- & frac12 tsp
  • Coriander ufa- 1tsp
  • Garam masala- 1tsp
  • Mchere
  • Msuzi- 4tbsp
  • Madzi- 1 chikho
  • Masamba a Coriander kukongoletsa

Ndondomeko

  • Sambani ndikudula bowa mzidutswa.
  • Gaya ginger, adyo ndi tsabola wobiriwira palimodzi. Pangani phala ndikuwonjezera madzi pang'ono kuti apange phala lokulirapo.
  • Kutenthetsa ghee mu kadai (pan). Onjezerani anyezi ndi mwachangu mpaka atakhala bulauni wagolide. Tsopano onjezerani ginger, adyo ndi tsabola wobiriwira ndikulumikiza pamoto wapakati.
  • Onjezani capsicum yodulidwa, tomato ndikuwaza mchere. Sakanizani ndi kuphika pamoto wamkati kwa mphindi ziwiri.
  • Fukani ufa wa turmeric ndi ufa wofiira wa chilli. Sakanizani bwino.
  • Tsopano, tsitsani madzi ndikuwonjezera bowa wodulidwa mu poto. Sakanizani ndi kusonkhezera bwino. Kuphika pamoto wapakati kwa mphindi 4-6 (mpaka nyemba zikulire pang'ono ndipo bowa azikhala ofewa).
  • Onjezani garam masala. Sakanizani ndikuyika poto pamoto.
