  1. Onjezerani mafuta. Mukatentha, onjezerani mbewu za mpiru ndikuzilola kuti ziziphulika. Tsopano onjezerani tsabola wofiira, ginger-adyo phala, zonunkhira. Mwachangu iwo.
  2. Tsopano onjezani kuphika, anyezi odulidwa ndi mwachangu mpaka bulauni wagolide.
  3. Onjezerani tomato ndi mwachangu bwino mpaka mutasanduka gravy ngati kapangidwe kake.
  4. Kwa wophika, malonda mu chilli ufa, coriander, turmeric ufa. Fryani bwino ndi zosakaniza zomwe zilipo mu wophika. Phimbani chivindikirocho kwa mphindi zitatu.
  5. Tsopano onjezerani nkhuku yophika kwa wophika ndikuphika muzakudya kwakanthawi.
  6. Onjezani mpunga, madzi ndi mchere kuti mulawe. Apatseni chisakanizo chabwino ndikuphimba wophika ndi chivindikiro.
  7. Lolani kuti likakamize kuphika mluzu 4 ndikusintha lamulolo.
  8. Chotsani pachitofu ndikongoletsani ndi masamba odulidwa a coriander (ngati mukufuna)
