Zosakaniza



  • Mpunga wophika- makapu awiri
  • Yogurt wopanda - 1 chikho
  • Mango wokoma- 1 (kudula cubes)
  • Masamba a curry- 5
  • Ginger- 1 (wapakatikati, wodulidwa bwino)
  • Mbeu za mpiru- 1tsp
  • Mchere- malinga ndi kukoma
  • Msuzi- 1tbsp

Ndondomeko

  1. Kutenthetsa ghee mu poto ndikuwonjezera mbewu za mpiru. Lolani kuti mbewu zisokonezeke.
  2. Kenaka yikani masamba a ginger ndi curry. Saute kwa mphindi ziwiri kenako kuzimitsa lawi. Lolani kuti lizizizira.
  3. Mu mbale, whisk yogurt mpaka yosalala.
  4. Poto ikangotsika, onjezerani yogati wothira ndikusakaniza bwino.
  5. Tsopano onjezerani zidutswa za mango ndikusakanikirana bwino. Onetsetsani kuti zidutswa za mango zili zokutidwa ndi yogurt kwathunthu.
  6. Dyetsani mpunga wophika mu mbale ndikutsanulira osakaniza ndi yogurt.
  7. Sakanizani pang'ono, kuphimba ndi refrigerate kwa theka la ola.
  8. Kutumikira chilled.

Zakudya zokoma za mango zophika mpunga zakonzeka kutumikiridwa. Sangalalani ndi maphikidwe a mango otsekemera, okoma ndi milomo.
