  • Kuti mwachangu anyezi wodulidwa bwino, tengani poto ndikuwonjezera mafuta.
  • Mafutawo akatenthedwa, onjezerani anyezi ndikuwathira mpaka atasandulika kukhala ofiira.
  • Sungani anyezi pambali.
  • Tsopano tengani chophika ndikuwonjezera mpunga wothira, mbatata kenako onjezani chimanga chotsekemera. Onjezerani mafuta pang'ono ndikuwonjezera madzi moyenera. Ndipo tsekani chivindikiro cha wophika.
  • Dikirani mluzu zitatu.
